Hi Cecelia

you will find that the other Chris Rea fans here are similarly affected by his music. I have been a fan of Chris since the late 70s. Some of us have been lucky enough to have seen him in concert again earlier this year (see the reviews section). Happy reading!

Hi

certainly, 'Fool' was the last encore at Plymouth on 13 April - I tend to think that the lyrics are the most important on that track - meaning, that it is unlikely that it is over for Chris as a musician, only as a solo artist.

What do you others think :?:

Hi everyone Plymouth last night, 13 April  The band members were great, Chris was gREAt! After one of the most unassuming entrances to stage that I've ever seen, the first song (Jazzy Blue) was a bit disappointing - played too loud & fast for my liking, but on the whole a great evening wit...

I am thinking that Deltics must be a favourite album of yours! Mine also! Favourite track of all time is Diamonds - do you have any other favourites?

The Top 4000 is ready to view - use the link above, hopefully. My eyes have gone wobbly  reading it !! I think the first Chris Rea track is Joesphine at number 731. Owing to his popularity across Europe, I'd have thought it might be higher than that - but there are some very good songs at the ...

Re: Favourite CDs on Blue guitars

After listening to it... :D :D :D My favourite is the 11 (60s & 70s), but I also like the 9 and 10 (Celtic & Irish blues and Latin blues ). I have to say that the whole job is just awesome. Music + pics + paintings : it fits together so much well ! I agree - it is a very special package of ...
