Post by deep-blue-sea »

Hello,i'm a very long time(Since 'On The Beach) Chris Rea Fan from Switzerland.I saw his Video 'it's All Gone' in the break of a Football Game (Worldchampionship)on the Swiss TV in July 1986.From that time on Chris is my nr.one,and I grow up with his musik,and Chris and his musik becomes for me like a brother over the years.My favourite songs are: 'it's All Gone' - 'Loving You Again' - 'Giverny' - 'Teach Me To Dance' - 'Theme From The Pantile Journals' - 'Baby Don't Cry'. Hello "deep-blue-sea";

Welcome to my forum, and thank you for registering and writing in it ! You name some of my all-time-favorite-songs also: Loving you again (especialy the slow live version) and Giverny.

I son't expect him to continue his BJB-tour anymore ... So I think we just have to wait untill the next album ... :( But perhapse someone else on this forum has a diferent opinion ....

Chris Rea the man

On the beach at Koh Chang
On the beach at Koh Chang (Thailand) I did play Chris Rea's On the beach. It was superb. The voice, the music, the setting and the combination of everything. He makes tremendious music. I love TBJB and Stoney Road. I am looking forward to his new album and also to Rea-fans who will post some anecdotes of Rea.
