I understand this concert will be similar to the one that Chris played at Bush Hall in 2006 to celebrate the release of his live DVD. That night entry was also by invitation only, I believe John Knowles contacted some fans that he knew, they in turn were told to invite a limited number of people each. I do not know how each person decided who to invite. I received an e-mail sent out on an old Chris Rea website asking if you were interested in putting your name forward for a draw for a ticket to reply, I replied and was lucky in the draw.
Between the eyes of love I call your name
Behind the guarded walls I used to go
Upon a summer wind there's a certain melody
Takes me back to the place that I know
Down on the beach

How was the 2006 Bush Hall show (LUCKY YOU)?
Did he do his full tour show ?
Jim
I remember REAding a review of the 2006 Bush Hall gig, said it was very good and intimate.
I would like to know how to enter to win tickets too. Couldn't find anything on a Chris REA myspace search.
As was stated in the previous post it was very good and intimate concert. The set was similar to the set for the 2006 tour and the DVD. I can only remember two songs that were dropped KKK Blues and Between Highway 61 & 49 and a couple of the songs were slighty shorter in length.
