Then said I have to wait till Christmas to have it as a present :(

Just have to keep listening to 30sec clips on this site

Yes I Do
Was not on any of the UK released albums
Nor I think as a UK single.
I dont even have a copy of this track
What is it like :?:
Oh, you better beg and cry for it, maybe she will give it to you before Christmas, say you will do all the homework if she gives it to you :D

Yes I do is a single b-side, nice 80´s track I think. One of these b-sides which makes you wonder why it wasn´t released on album. I got 4 cd´s of B-sides and other rare stuff, lot of classic Chris Rea songs I think.
Actually this Yes I do is on Blue Guitars, it´s a intrumental on cd 11 :)
Too many good words to add here.
I better just sit back and drink beer. :)

Nice little game.
Anybody wants to play with me ?

From wich song are these lyrics:

"Sleep tonight little girl
Go right on through
No-one can wake you now
You're falling through your dreams
Sliding down every beam
Because you don't know how
Don't know how to hurt
Don't know how to lie..."

Hi Gerby,

Oh, that was an easy one!
It's from the "Wired to the Moon", which Chris wrote (I hope I'm not mistaken?) for his first daughter, Josephine (born on September 16, 1983), since the album LP, CD, was published in 1984!
The cover picture, on this CD, says something about it, too. It's a toddler's carousel which are being hanged over cribs, don't you think so?

Well, my question would also be an easy one, I guess....

"...each glass of hope that you fill
Is now empty and waiting
Waiting for some kind of love
Before their trail has gone cold.

Now, that's what I call poetry! ....an empty glass of hope that needs to be filled; people who sell out their souls...

Best regards,
Chris

Yes! It's "Angellina."
I like it so much that I listen to it every day.
Take care,

Let me give a try ...

Such a long time
Like good wine
Getting better every day
Now you know, I'll never go
So you'll always stay

Why no more playing?
Try this one:

Sweet September I remember
Eyes of August deepest blue
While a lazy town was sleeping...

Too easy...

No, try this one:
Stood still on a highway
I saw a woman by the side of the road....

Not so hard, I think.

Well, how about this:
...That is where we made the most
Made the most of what we got
We made the most of what we got...

Best regards,
Alexander.

...Well your hoping and praying will get you nowhere
Don't try and rush me cause I know you
Put up a bridge could win an Oscar
But honey why bother I can see you right through

Yes well when you think about it. It is always best to satrt at the beging & listen to all the tracks.

This one is So Much Love.

As this thread was originally started by me, think I might try it again.

Have a go at this one.

Right before my very eyes
Watched you making love when Iam not there
Right before my very eyes
I heard you sing a lulabye for me
So tell me tell me please

Happy Hunting.

Re: Guess The Title

Gosh this post is so old but came across it while looking for something else and knew straight away what the song title was. I had been listening to it over the weekend. It is from "Do you believe in love?" which Chris sings with the Vargas Blues Band
'Til the morning sun shines
On my love and me
