Yes, and can someone please tell me why in the book there 4 members named in the liner (plus CR - total 5) , four on cover including CR, and only three inside except for the photo used for cover. No mention of Robert Ahwai inside. ??

I have asked my self the same question and an answer I came up with and its only my opinion is that the 4 on the cover which are Robert Chris Colin and Martin are the band The Hofner Bluenotes.Any other musicians may not be permanent and will change as does the music.Something along the lines as over the years the likes of Max Middleton and Sylvan Marc along with all the rest.As to why Robert is not on the inside of the book is anyone's guess.

That is 100% correct (although Paul Hirsh was not in the "league"); they auditioned keyboardplayes only weeks before the start of the tour...
