As much as I love C.R's discography/output overall, I can't fathom why such a truly great live performer never officially released any of his live shows from the 70's or 80's onto tape/cd/vinyl.
One look and listen to the video below and it's a no brainer that some of these shows should have been released to the public. (Quality is not the best on this video) I mean come on!
We need some live Rea..and sorry....not the Road to Hell release. Yeah, there are boots out there.....
I would think there would be great demand for an official release of Rea live 84/85/86...ala King Biscuit Flower hour type stuff...or something. I know I'd be first in line.
