what more proof you need if Chris says on radio that it is true?

Yeah, his finger snapping is well known. Remember the one recorded on "It's All Gone"? I believe just everyone still snaps his finger listening to this song, making sure he/she does it at the right moment....

My favourite 'snap' is in "It's All Gone". Just one, but it starts a great instrumental sequence :)

well now we all have :) shame he did not play slide guitar with them and had his name on song credits, would be great help on financial situtations to have royalties coming from a Queen hit :)

Hello Anneke, MRB and Elangelo, I've flicked through the latest interview from Sep, 12th (it played with no problem from Safari browser on my iPhone).

About Two Lost Souls: best song off the album I heard so far, geniunely "good old Chris". In the beiginning it reminds me a lot of Blues Ballads, CD7 from Blue Guitars, particularly the final track there, Me and My Deep Blue Ways, and by the end of the song it is more like from CD8 Gospel/Motown (e.g., Are You Ready). Both these Cds have their roots in Chris's "classic" times (1986-94) and indeed, On the Beach atmosphere can be heard though the end of the song, with this Hammond organ lines and remarkable groove.

About Kind of Magic: a good friend of mine, Brian May fan site runner, spoke about it with people who really mates with Brian May (Reinhold Mack, Jim Beach) and got no certain proof of this fact which had been rumored for as long as I can remember, but they all said it was highly probable as Chris and Queen crossed their ways numerous times, sharing the management and the studio time at Montreux and even having a gig together at Slane Castle, Ireland in 1986. Now my friend is so happy that mistery is solved and it came from Chris himself.

Chris says Queen just sampled his clicking, that was all, it is ridiculous to ask for a benefit from that!

Did not mean he should have been credited with finger snapping, ment that shame he did not involved on some hit song with his slide guitar, maybe even credits for writing slide parts and then royalties :)

"Last train" is added to the Spotify list from Chris. Very Jazzy. It's going to be a good album.
BTW Chris and Brian lived in the same neighborhood for a long time and went to the pub together.
