Did I believe in 1991, when I was listen “On The Beach”, “Road To hell” and “Looking For The Summer” 20 times daily, that some day I will hear these songs live? Did I ever think, that Chris Rea will be 10 meters from me singing with his magnificent voice:
“Stood still on a highway
I saw a woman…”?
To be honest with you – No, I didn’t.
On 5th of March I finely saw him. Before the concert I think that I am very well prepared for the show – I read all reviews from this forum, I know exactly which song will be played, I know exactly what will happen minute by minute… But when you see it, it’s completely different. I was on more than 150 concerts in my life, and this one is one of greatest.
Chris Rea is really in fantastic shape. The band is very professional. Sound was fantastic. Songs (new and old) were brilliant. Sold out arena!
Very blues and passion concert…
