From Road to Hell 2, a cd single with Hamburg-St Petersburg. Could have bought them all 4 left, but hey i am not a bad guy, and i leave some for other fans/collectors at a reasonable price. (Ebay.nl)
Also bought at several sites the tourbooks of Road to Hell (1), Dancing with Strangers and New Light Through Old Windows. Happy with it.
